By downloading, installing, or using any Stellara application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

2. Use of Services

You agree to use our Apps only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App
• Interfere with or disrupt the App or servers
• Use the App for any harmful or fraudulent purpose
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code

3. Account Registration

Some features may require you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Some Apps offer premium features through paid subscriptions:

• Subscriptions are billed through your app store account (Apple App Store or Google Play)
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions through your app store settings
• Refunds are subject to the policies of your app store

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our Apps are owned by TopDown Design LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Apps are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Apps will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TopDown Design LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our Apps.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting updated Terms on this page. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
